  1. How Can I  Sign Up?

       'Sign Up' with your email address and password, also can sign up with Facebook or Google+.

   2. How Can I Log In?

       'Member Log In' with that you Signed Up with us the email address and password, also can log in with Facebook or Google+.

   3. How Do I Place My Order?

       ① Click 'Member Log In' Sign up with your email address or Facebook or Google+.

       ② Click 'Shop', select the items that you want, adjust the quantity before click button 'Add to Cart', you can see directly your items in your cart.

       ③ Click 'View Cart' when you finish shopping.

       ④ Click 'Check out with PayPal for Payment'. 

       ⑤ Billing Address is your Shipping Address.

       ⑥After payment please click 'Place Order' and you are done!

       ⑦ You will receive an order confirmation shortly via your sign up email.

   4. What Payment Type Do You Accept?

        Payment would be processed via PayPal which accepts payment via your individual PayPal account or direct payment via credit or debit card if you do not have a PayPal account.

        *Note: Payment only accept above 21years old.

 

   5. What Delivery Service Do You Use For Shipping?

       Singapore Post Limited is the delivery service company for Blyss Organic Tea Company.

   6. How Much Does Shipping Cost?

       We offer free shipping within Singapore when you spend $60 and above (including GST & shipping fees).

       If you buy items less than $60, need to pay $6 for Singapore local shipping.

   7. How Soon Will I Receive My Order?

       For Singapore local shipping will take 2-5 working days (not including Sunday & Public Holidays) after the order had been dispatched.

       Note: During peak seasons such as Christmas & Chinese New Year, please except slight delays for orders shipped.

    8. How Can I Track My Shipment?

        When your order is complete, we will send you a tracking number via email to confirm your shipment.

Simply enter the tracking number at https://www.singpost.com/track-items/#Quick to locate your parcel.

 

    9. How Can I Cancel Or Modify An Order Placed Online?

        As long as payment has been made, orders cannot be cancelled or modified. If you have issues making an order, please send us an email and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

    10. Can I Return Items Bought Online?

          Returns will only be accepted with valid reasons, approved by Blyss Tea Company prior to return. This includes goods received that are damaged, defective or incorrect product type that is not due to shipping.

Please contact us prior to return and include your order numbers and reasons for return. Blyss Tea Company will not be responsible for any shipping cost of return.(Returns must be accompanied by a receipt of purchase made within 30 days.)

    11. How Do You Pack Tea Leaves?

           The canned teas we sell are all packed in vacuum aluminum bags, which are strong air barrier properties, anti-oxidation, waterproof and moisture-proof and easy to bring along. Please see the best before date of tea tins.

     12. Can I Order In Bulk?

            Yes, definitely. If your order has more than 2kg of a single product, please send an email to infor@blysstea.com, email us the product type and quantity that you want ordered. Please allow us at least 4 working days to process your orders.

     13. Can I Buy Your Tea At Blyss Tea Company Office Or Retail Shop?

            Unfortunately, we do not retail our teas at the office and we do not have our own retail shop. As we are only do online shopping or e-commerce services.

     14. The Product I Ordered Is Out Of Stock?

           While we do our best to ensure that all the products listed online are in stock, there will be instances where a product you ordered is unavailable (either partially or entirely) and we will contact you to suggest for a replacement. If you prefer not to have a replacement, you will only be charged for the items that are delivered to you.
