Our Organic Tea can make awesome COLD BREW TEA

Some people like to drink cold drinks very much, especially in Singapore, where most of the time is hot weather, and there is no shortage of cold drinks.

Ratio between tea leaves and water:

Usually, tea leaves can be brewed 2-3 times, for our brand of tea leaves, 5g with 200ml/time, when you make cold brew tea, you can estimate the water consumption (200ml-400ml). Of course, if you like tea with a strong taste, you can put less water, or you can put more tea leaves or can brew a bit longer time, according to the individual. It depends on your preferences.

You'll inevitably use more leaves than you would if you were brewing the same volume hot but trust the technique.

The best teas to use are those that are a little bit sweeter, like a light Oolong, "Cold-brewed tea comes out much sweeter than their hot counterparts."

Ingredients:

1. Tea leaves, room temperature water/ hot water/cold water.

2. If making cold brewed tea with fruits, please prepare your favorite fruits.

3. Serve tea as is or with any add-ins (optional: sliced lemon, sweetener/syrup, fresh mint leaves, sliced cucumber) of your choice.

Instructions:

For the best flavor, infuse white or green tea for 6 – 8 hours, infuse red, black or Oolong tea for 8 – 12 hours.

Cold brewed tea will keep well, covered and refrigerated, for 3 to 5 days.

Blyss Organic Tea is a high-quality tea, you can re-infuse the next night and let it sit for longer than just overnight (so, maybe 16 hours instead of the usual 8 hours). The flavor will be a little bit lighter, but you'll still get a great cold brew tea.

Now we are sharing 4 different types of cold-brewed tea:

The method itself is incredibly simple. Just combine loose-leaf tea and water in a glass bottle/pitcher/jar/container, then cover it and let the tea infuse the water for 6 to 12 hours in the refrigerator (see instructions for specifics). Strain and you have cold-brew tea that will taste great for days!

1. Please wash the tea leaves first.

2. Keep the tea leaves in a glass bottle/pitcher/jar/container, pour the cold water then cover with lid.

3. Keep it in the refrigerator (See Instruction for specific)

2nd type the method:

1. Please wash the tea leaves first.

2. Keep the tea leaves in a glass bottle/pitcher/jar/container, then brew the tea with room temperature water for 30mins-1hour, let the tea leaves slowly stretch out in the water.

3. Keep it in the refrigerator (See Instruction for specific)

3rd type the method:

1. Please wash the tea leaves first.

2. Keep the tea leaves in a glass bottle/pitcher/jar/container, then use some hot water (depends on your tea type to use suitable temperature) to wake up the tea leaves and let the favorite to start. Add the cold water then cover with lid.

3. Keep it in the refrigerator. (See Instruction for specific)

4th type cold brewed tea with fruit

2. Add 5g our tea leaves (just choose which favorite you like it).

3.Assorted a fresh fruit and a little fresh mint, cover and refrigerate (See Instruction for specific).

4. Remove the tea leaves, add a little ice cube (if you like a bit sweet can sweeten to taste with simple syrup) and enjoy it.

Why drink cold brew tea?

The colder temperature doesn't infuse out the tannins the way hot water does, so cold-brewed tea is actually less astringent and less caffeinated.

In the absence of heat, you’re left with perfectly refreshing, super smooth tea for slow summer sipping. It isn’t bitter in the slightest.
